I keep hoping that one day I will walk out of this store and not think...This is the worst Ulta I have ever been in, today I gave up!  I have been in Ulta stores in New Hampshire, Missouri, California and of course Texas, this one is just awful.  I gave two stars because there are 2 people that work there that at least act like they care.  Today, I greatly inconvenienced a girl when I asked her where the It Cosmetic line of items were, she just pointed and kept walking, when I asked which of the two aisle the BB Cream was on she stopped, took a couple of steps towards the  aisles and said brushes this aisle, foundation next aisle then bolted before I could ask her anything about the It line.  There were no other employees to be found.  So I agree with the person that said management needs to clean house, or maybe, Ulta needs to clean out management first!

This used to be a great store. Not sure what had changed, but it's just trashy now. Management needs to seriously do some house cleaning.

Slow! 3 cashiers took almost 1/2  hour to check out. Kind of unorganized as well.

Booked my daughter for hair and makeup for homecoming,  they did a excellent job! They worked hard to get us out on time and my daughter felt like a princess..

Worst Ulta I have ever been into.  Never can get anyone to help inside the store, even when I look as if I need help.  Only a single cashier that doesn't know what they are doing.  Been a rewards member for over 10 years and cashier couldn't type my phone number correct to find my account so went without getting those points (FYI went to a different Ulta and found my account no problem). I would rather drive the additional 15+ miles to a different Ulta than to ever walk in this store again.
