Store is messy, employees aren’t the friendliest, and half of the items they “carry” aren’t in stock, even if the website says they are. Obviously the website is never updated. I got a coupon for a free travel size item, website said it was in stock and the employee in the store had no idea what I was talking about. PLEASE clean the store, restock items/at least update the website and offer better customer service. I won’t be going back any time soon after my recent trip into this mess of a store. The Jefferson City store is much cleaner, bigger and the staff is much nicer.

No greeting to customers, was passed by four workers as I'm browsing the skin care aisles, not one comment from anyone.. I did actually have a question about skin care products, but nobody stopped to help or even acknowledged my presence in the store.  The one guy was on the phone, the rest were walking around to help other customers. They walked right past me each time to greet someone else!

Good knowledgeable staff. Huge selection of products. Wife says Alexei Pace is the BEST Eye Brow Specialist in town!

I took my ten year old in to get pink and purple ends. When she was done there was almost no pink; and within ONE wash almost all the purple washed out!!! I paid $100 for one wash?

This is the go-to place in town for all things beauty. It's conveniently located near the Stadium Blvd. exit off I-70. Tyler is the man to see for excellent brow shaping. The whole staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of their products.
