I went to the Ulta hair salon for the first time. I was going for a big change that I didn’t trust to Great Clips 😆 I’m glad I went! I cut 14” off and got some super cute bangs. Sarah was great! She new just what I wanted and what is in style. Her and the other lady, that said she also works for Disney, we’re so easy to talk to. She even helped me record Sarah making the first big cut. I posted pictures on my social media and everyone loves the cut it’s SO CUTE!

Heather helped my mom and I so much today! She was very patient with all my moms questions and helped match us to our shades for dipbrow. Most times employees ignore us and don’t help much when asked questions. She stopped what she was doing to take a long time to find us the products we were interested in and was very knowledgeable about different products! Thanks heather for one of our best experiences in a Ulta!!

The store is sleek and modern. Selection of stuff is plentiful. The employees here all look like clowns with all the paint on there faces. Not friendly whatsoever. Loves to gossip and won't acknowledge you at all. The salon is by far the worst part. One lady named Dina completely stood me up. Canceled my appointment to schedule someone else she rather see.

The employees here were awful. I was trying to explain something to a worker to see if they sold it there and I asked if she could help me and she said “No, whatever is over there is all we have. There’s nothing I can do for you” she didn’t even know what I was looking for and she refused to come look with me. I don’t know her name, but she has tattoos by her chin and a big attitude. I just left and will go to sephora where the employees are actually happy to help. No one offered to help me with anything and all the other employees were just complaining to each other.

Tried calling to find out the hours for the brow bar. The automatic answering tells you to press 1 for brows. It sends you to the salon. I was told I would be transferred to brow services. Sent me back to the main menu. I figured to press the other option of 4. It went through and sent me back to the menu. Tried 4 again. Back to the menu. I pressed 1 and the girl was very unfriendly and sent me back to the menu. I tried 4 several more times. Then tried 1 again. Nobody answered and I was waiting for 3 minutes. The first girl gave incorrect information and the second was rude. And I suppose they just didn’t want to deal with me since I wasn’t calling for their service specifically. The website doesn’t have a way to make appointments for brow services. Disappointed.
