Love this place! All the ladies are super helpful and will take their time with you.  The perks of no commission.  Their return policy is the best.  If you don't like something you have 30 days to return it for a full refund with your receipt.

If you want to browse to see what's out in the beauty world this is not the place for you.  They don't leave you alone to do that.  I finally had to get curt with one of them and tell her I'm looking around. I'm a shopper who likes to look down every isle. This location is the worst.

I did not receive services, but my wife received a beautiful layered cut/trim from an experienced and skilled red-headed stylist(sorry I don't recall her name) here. My wife absolutely loved it, and I must admit, it is the best trim she has had in a while. We have no complaints.

Sorry that the photo isn't the best, as I was trying to get a discrete shot of the Salon section, while leaving out all personnel and customers.

I usually love this location but I was being followed yesterday as I shopped. No one tried to help us besides offering us a bag which we really didn't need at the moment. I noticed when we went from the lashes and ulta brand section, to the hair section. I went to another section and the same woman working there followed us there too. I always feel discriminated coming in here without make up because I don't look the part of shopping here. Yes I know it seems silly but its a pattern, I was dressed in normal clothes, nothing super baggy that seemed like I was even trying to take anything. No pants, no skirt with pockets, with a form fitting shirt that would give away anything hiding. 

I know this location has a habit of following people of color, I've experienced this with a friend of mine whom is a POC and similar experiences. 

I will continue to shop this location just for the sheer fact that I can get stuff for my bearded dragon in the same lot, but other than this, please try to do better .

I have been to a bunch of ultas. Most of the staff weren’t friendly or helpful. There is one nice male employee. Angelina, a manager, checked me out and never made eye contact with me. The makeup for demo is dirty and messy looking. They were also out of a lot of the items I came in for. Go to any of the others in town.
