I am always inside Ulta looking at new products and swatching half the store. The employees are always friendly and helpful and many of them recognize me and will stop to chat. They've gone above and beyond to help me find items and given me advice numerous times. I love shopping here!

I am a makeup and skincare connoisseur and have been to dozens and dozens of Ultas and this one is by far the rudest one I have been to. I have been to this location several times, and only the first time I went were they nice. I just finished a visit there today and the shelves were almost completely empty in the Ulta brand section and very sparse in other Prestige cosmetic areas and they had nothing new from a brand that I knew just came out with a few new things and wanted to try. I also brought with me a coupon for a free Ulta eye primer for being a platinum Rewards member because I could not get the code to work online. I prefer shopping online because you get better deals and you don't have to deal with customer service, but like I said this time I brought my code in since it wasn't working online last week. When I got to the checkout, she wouldn't give me the free gift because apparently it expired yesterday. Seeing as how I already tried to get this during the date it was good for, I think I should have gotten something out of the deal. When I mentioned I was a little disappointed about her decision she said she couldn't give it to me anyway because they were out of stock. I asked if there was anything else they could do for me because in some Ulta stores they make up for it by giving you something else to keep customers happy, even if it's just a free sample of something behind the counter. But she said they don't have any free samples right now. That's funny since they leave the cupboards open behind the counter and I could see the boxes of samples. They are usually very tight with their samples at this store. Thank goodness I'm actually moving next week and don't have to deal with this location anymore. They act as if they're better than anyone who walks in their store.  Shop online if you need anything from Ulta.

The customer service is awful here. Our cashier, Bailee, was so rude to us when my friend did not want to open a costumer account with Ulta. After we finished checking out we thanked the cashier and she said nothing in response. No reason to be rude for not giving out personal information.
