They went out of their way to help me with my wedding makeup, charged very little, and did a fantastic job. The best day of my life was made even more amazing because of their skilled and helpful staff.

Horrible customer service. The little bored snobs that work there did not even greet me when I walked in. I'd rather order online and pay shipping and handling then shop at this location again. Which ever 'manager' hired and trained these 'employees' did a terrible job.

I HATE this place. I have always shopped at Sephora for a reason. However for the first time I found myself needing something that was out at Sephora so I came here. The customer service is horrible. I had no idea where anything was in this place and when I couldn't find what I was looking for I tried searching for someone but it's like they don't even have a staff. The whole place was dirty. When I finally found someone they tried to sell me on something else. I have eczema, I can't use any old thing or my face will crack and blister. It took three times to just get her to show me where it was. If I didn't have to buy my moisturizer that night, I would've walked right out the door and ordered online from Sephora. NEVER coming here again. I'll drive to the next Sephora if I have to.

Cosmetic shop with a good blend of both premium and drugstore items. Good service, but costs on the lower-end stuff may be something you can get cheaper at other places. I'm always sad this chain doesn't offer samples like their competitor does.
