I came in tonight on 2/21 one hour before they were supposed to close. I walked around the store clueless, not knowing what make up to get that works best for my skin tone. I ended up getting stuff that I've used in the past but was not really satisfied with what I was about to purchase. Holly and another lady with dark brown short hair starting with an "A" in her name were very helpful!!. I think her name is adrianna? Anyways, The lady with short brown hair knew I wanted something different and she even took me back into the store and showed me different make up to use for my face and even applied the right skin tone for me. This was all after their store was closed for the night. They took the time to go above and beyond with customer service and I couldn't be more happy. Thank you ladies!

This place is unhelpful and extremely unwelcoming. I was not greeted when I walked through the door. Workers just milled about the store, doing menial tasks, or really nothing at all. I tried to ask for help, but they avoided me like the plague. When someone finally actually approached me instead of me approaching them, they were rude and unhelpful. The store was a mess. Nothing was very well organized or cleaned. I get it, with make up and testers everywhere, but honestly, it doesn't look like they even cared.

I visited the store to purchase the 1 liter bottle of Matrix shampoo.  A sign hanging on the shelf proclaimed a special offer of a pump for the shampoo for $1.  At the checkout the cashier never mentioned the $1 offer.  When I asked about it, another Ulta employee said she would go to the back to see if they had any more.  Of course, even though the sign was still up they had no more.  TAKE DOWN THE SIGN IF YOU NO LONGER HAVE THE PRODUCT.  I have to wonder if they go to the back of the store every time they are asked about the $1 pump to make it seem as if they just ran out.

Horrible! Just rude, I couldn't believe it. So, I booked an appointment at The Salon in there ONLY because I was specifically told that they were having a special, any color and cut you wanted for $75. So, I said heck yeah! So, I get there and Erika was very rude, unwelcoming, and stuck up. Acted like I was scum. After she gave me her price which was $200 just for one appointment (I would have to come back for multiple seasions) I was confused because of the price. Then, this rude girl says "Oh, so you can't afford it?" Excuse me?! That's rude! That's juat something you don't say. And while I waited for her to get there, she was way late...All of the other employees were cursing and just talking crazy things about customers. I was shocked. Just shocked. I just could not believe that. Nobody smiled and as I walked away, Erika then said rude remarks about how I was poor. It wasn't that I couldn't afford it. It was that she made me feel so that i disnt want that kind of person touching my hair. I wouldn't trust her witj my dead dog, and this goes for every stuck up "girl" there. They act like they are better than everyone, like they are owed something, like they are gods. Never will I EVER even go in to buy makeup or anything else! The girls are so rude, everyone. Even the girls who are not working in the salon. Just rude and stuck up. I was highly uncomfortable and nervous about being there because I knew I was being judged. Basically, it felt like I was surrounded by spoiled little privalged high school brats. Not to mention the whole racist thing. Wow. You know those little head sets in their ears? Well every time a person of color walks in, every employee is notified immeditaly. My sister worked there and actually walked right out in the middle of her shift due to all the racist comments and how to watch them because they are "stealing". This is nonsense. I'm not saying to stop shopping there, but more need to speak up because what really goes on behind closed doors there is not okay.

Very unclear and unfair pricing policies!  My teenage daughter had a 10 minute haircut and opted out of the shampoo and style but was still charged for a full service appointment for $47!  They ended up giving us a first visit discount of 20% off, but this still was very expensive.  We will not be going back.
