This salon is one of the best experiences I have ever had in my whole life! First off they are honest. They will guide you into the right path for your hair and make recommendations on what suits you. I came in because my hair was absolutely damaged. It had a lot of old color and brass. The girls here were so patient and kind. They took my frizzy, thick, damaged hair and made it into this beautiful color. They also showed me how to style it and how to avoid further damage. These girls really know what they are doing. They are professional and really care about your hair.

The store itself is good, and have friendly staff, but the salon isn't. I went on Thursday to get a formal styling for prom, I paid 60 dollars and honestly it was such a bad experience. I didn't say anything because I tried my best to be positive and enjoy my day but the girl doing my hair (Stacy) started at 12:30 and didn't Finish until 4:45my prom started at 5:30 keep in mind I still needed to get home and finish doing my makeup and getting ready, she would constantly complain and say she couldn't do my hair because it was too long and too thick. Maria finished off my hair and was more pleasant.. but I didn't even get prom pictures because of how late it was and by the time I got to the venue my curls were nonexistent.

the worst costumer service ,the times I’ve been here everyone looks mad and it gives you a weird vibe, you guys are better off going to the one in Downey at least there the employees smile and ask you if you need help and seem interested...

I went into ulta to buy the daily beauty deals on sept 08 2017 at the South Gate store I was not thrilled with the acociates there were much help I would ask for help and they were to busy to answer questions about products

I love it here. I'm always trying on the example ones. And you can easily take it off because there's so many other lotions and make up removers. It's really big too. There's also the make up salon where they can darken your eyebrows or other things.
