The employee did a mistake with my appointment. I'm here and they told me that they can not do my hair. I have a very important event and I really counted on them. FAIL!

This store is awesome with customer service help. Its also bigger than other ones. This will be my store from now on even though its out of my way and a store is just across the street. Thank you ladies for being awesome!!

I love this ULTA. The employees are really nice. One of them even knows me since I go there all the weekend. This is my favorite ulta.
