I needed a last minute wax and I was able to get right in! I had some issues with waxing in the past and I expressed this and was offered better options here which I am so happy with! I was given care instructions for after my wax too which is very important to me. The plan was to go to my normal brow wax lady and get my brows done after my bikini wax but luckily I was offered a complimentary threading which i normally would stay away from but It really was a great experience and my brows are so bomb! I'll be back in a month

I am very upset right now. I went here today to get my eyebrows done and I walked out with crooked eyebrows. What I don't understand is... how is the manager going to put a person, with little to no experience, work at a place where people go for beauty maintenance!!!  I specifically said I was growing my eyebrows and If i could just have them cleaned up. The lady did NOT listen to my request and that is very bad for a business. It's as if what I said didn't matter. The worse part is that they saw how upset I was and they didn't offer anything to alleviate my stress and horror from the experience. Preeti: please make sure your employees are well trained before working on the floor.

I have been along time customer .Very pleased with getting my eyebrows threaded and waxing services . Pretti does my services most of the times but I have had others in the salon do my brows and they have done a good job

I've been here several times and its honestly touch and go here. Sometimes I've been here and they have done a good job but other times I've been here and they didn't do such a good job( honestly they've messed them a few times ). It depends on who does your brows(I'm guessing ), everyone there doesn't do sure a great job at all. But I can say that they are all pretty nice there, but that doesn't make up for the lack of skill some of them have. I've decided that I will not be going back here, I've had more bad brow jobs then good ones here...
