Great service most if not all of the time. Can be a bit pricey, but worth the money if your priority is quality. Been getting my hair trimmed/cut/styled here for the past 7 years, and I've yet to feel dissatisfied. Waiting can be an issue from time to time though, but understandable. Overall great service, great job, nice ladies

This was my first time here. I had Alicia and she is amazing. Full shampoo, hair cut, blowdry, and even a curled style for a great price. She fixed my sidebangs that needed work and they came out great. She is so talented. I do not live nearby but I will be making the trip to go see her again and would recommend her and the whole salon to anyone.

For many years I have had a superb experience at Ultra Beauty Salon. Damaris Pimentel is an outstanding professional, knowledgeable, kind and dedicated. Good listener and committed to exceed my expectations. Always giving exceptional service and respect with my time.

Alta Gracia is always late for morning appointments and if you ask why she denies being late, and says she you have a bad clock and is unable to apologize and make things right.  Her hair cuts have been sub par and her attitude very agresive, she hung up on me after she accused me of lying, saying she was there at appointment time, when clearly I waited 15 min with a locked door in my face.  If you like mediocre hair cuts and a face full of attitude then this is the place for you.

I come here from time to time and love it, Niurka is my stylist and every time she does my hair i leave satisfy. Very professional environment, not children all over the place or loud music so when you make a phone call people think that you are in bar as mostly Dominicans salons. Great experience!
