Agree on the deceptive name. I needed 2 white shirts clean and they said 2 days. They should probable change the name. I don't mind waiting 2 days but I thought 1 hour was 60mins not 2 days. Also they seem unhappy. Not talkative. Maybe it was just that 2 times. I'll take my business some place else that's happy to see me.

Deceptive name and poor service.  Places should not advertise as One Hour cleaners if it takes 3-5 days to get anything done.  When I called them out on this, the lady there said, "it's just a name".  Go elsewhere.

NOT A ONE HOUR CLEANER!

I took a suit that I had recently purchased and had altered in to be pressed only (not cleaned), and I specifically chose this place based on a google search for a "one hour" cleaners.  

When I asked when it could be pressed she first told me Monday (this was Thursday).  I said "your sign says one hour?!? I'd like it in an hour please?!?"  

She said "Oh, that just name, We not one hour."

I said "Why have a sign that says one hour if you don't do one hour?"

she couldn't answer.   

I paid extra to have it in one day (24 times as long as advertised).

The lady at the counter doesn't know at all what customer service means ..No hi,no bye ..I came to drop some clothes for cleaning and some for alteration..more exactly fixing the hem for few dresses..She took the items ,told me to come in 5 days..When I asked about the price she said that she doesn't know the alteration prices ..I asked her to give me an average..I heard again "I don't know..pay latter".I asked again since I have the right to know and she just put the bill in front of me with all the prices on it,a bill she hold on her hand since I first asked the prices.Of course I didn't like the place and the service..I refused to alternate the items on what she got really angry,making faces and kicking my clothes aside ..I am just waiting to see how good the laundry for my clothes will be done.
