My experience at Ultraderm was overall terrible. My first 2 appointments were OK, but one of the receptionists was not friendly and treated me as if I was an inconvenience. When I called to get and appointment for the week after Christmas I was treated disrespectfully (like I was being laughed at). I was not offered any available appointment, even one after the holiday. At my first appointment, I had purchased a package, and  now felt stuck. I then called again and scheduled another appointment. In the night prior to my appointment I lost my voice and started to cough and have a runny nose. Being responsible, and not wanting to get anyone else sick, I called as soon as the office opened to cancel my appointment. Again I was treated as an inconvenience,  I was told that I would be charged $50 for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice. I was told this rule can not be changed, even if I had never cancelled before and I was obviously ill. I spoke with the office manager and was told that the Doctor did not care why I cancelled and I needed to pay anyway. This is not the way anyone should treat a client. Therefore I am giving 1 star.
