Billing Department is Horrendous. Have been directly lied to on multiple occasions. Purposely applied my payments for exact balances due to different accounts in order to create chaos in my bills. Hospital Billing department should be fined for fraud. Will be traveling to Boston or St Vincent or any other hospital for services from now on because I can no longer take their fraudulent and deceptive billing practices.

This is by far the worst ER experience I've ever had. Waited 4 hours with extreme symptoms pursisting for over two weeks just to be told I would be treated with Tylenol, not to mention I was in the hallway for the entire time and was not given a room even after disclosing I had just been out of the country and had visited a country with tick bourne illnesses, hepatis A and avian flu amongst others. Thanks for the great help, I decided to walk out and pursue care at your competitor (St.Vincent) which I will receive better care at least a blood test to determine if something is wrong rather than a Tylenol that I could have gotten at a local CVS pharmacy. Lazy, unintelligent and horrible staff. This is what American tax dollars are going to.

The hospital is on the dirty side and it could really use some updates to their interior. This is suppose to be a great hospital, but feel like the doctors are overwhelmed and are just trying to get to the next patient.

I honestly feel like if you haven't been practicing your self care or no longer like working with people then you should do everyone a favor and find a pit to fall in. Single mother two sick babies (one is a year old), asked them for a cup of water and the nurse had the nerve to say "there's a vending machine over there" well duh I can see that but if I had the funds then I clearly would have did that. I think the appropriate response could have been "yes I can get you a cup of water but you would have to wait a few until I take someone back, right now we're not allowed to leave this area" Customer service especially in Human Resources is very important. Seriously 😒. Let's talk about the fact that I got here before the waiting room was full and over an hour later... a full waiting room with a child that soiled herself, still sitting in the soil for that long and people that came after us went back 😒 Are you serious?? No actual humane efforts to give her a diaper? A gown? I don't care if it's an adult diaper (and for you judgemental Nancy's out there, I picked them up straight from school and headed to the emergency room and I was coming from work!)
