UMB BANK TOPEKA KANSAS: 

Whatever you do avoid this bank. I can safely say that my experience with them is the worst I've ever been treated by any company, period.  They are incompetent to say the least. We are going to be complaining to the state banking commission. They gave us the run around for 3 months on our loan. Refusing to give us much information and then rejecting us based on something they were provided on day 1 by our lawyer.   They cost us a good interest rate, our time, lawyers fees, stress and expenses.
DO NOT USE THEM.
AVOID THEM COMPLETELY.
