Service was ok. Went to fix me umbrella, no one called me about pricing and when to pick up when the promised they would.
And after I called to follow up they said they were closed for a week!?!
And then i called to follow up again and a book keeper answered who didn't have answers to my questions on when my umbrella was going to be ready.
Took 3 weeks to fix a handle.

The staff here is amazing. Super friendly and helpful with no pressure. The guy assisting us encouraged us to open and try as many umbrellas as we wanted to find the right one and he was happy to wrap them back up and put them away himself. Went over their repair policy with us as we were checking out. Awesome store, I'll be back any time I need an umbrella for sure!

Our visit was a bad experience.  The sales person was dismissive and had no information re umbrella sizes and when the next shipment of out of stock umbrellas would arrive.
