So so so happy to have this business close to home! My twin girls and I have visited here twice this week. Our goal is to narrow down our favorite Italian ice flavors! Mine is the original Lemon; twins like Creamsicle, Lime and Honeydoo. Coconut is creamy, cherry is chunky, even bubble gum had chunks of gum in it. My husband tried the chocolate peanut butter ice cream. He enjoyed it very much. We cannot wait to visit again…and again, and again! Perfection on a hot day, although I would definitely visit during a winter blizzard as well

By far the best Italian ice and ice cream I've ever had. The owner is very charismatic and passionate about what he does. He highly enjoys recommending combinations to you based off of what you enjoy. Tons of flavors to choose from. Very accommodating to food allergies, the owner asked the moment we walked in about them to be sure what he offered was okay for us to have. I could not highly recommend this place more. Free samples offered, what they have is absolutely delicious.

So glad we found this place! The owner was super friendly and gave us a tour of their wonderful flavors. We tried a bunch and got cantaloupe and mango. Both were delicious! We’ll be back.

Uncle Louie G's is an answer to prayer! We have wanted a delicious local friendly ice cream shop for so long and this place delivers! The italian ice and ice cream are delicious and of high quality and the owners are absolutely fantastic and truly care about this community. The service is friendly and helpful and my daughter and I love going there for a treat! I highly recommend this local gem!

Uncle Louie G’s is a great addition to the area. Tons of different ices and ice cream flavors to choose from. Not to mention the best shakes around. Owners and staff are super pleasant go Maddie  and accommodative. They have Gluten free options and take care to address other allergy concerns. Definitely check it out with your family.

3 Strikes and I'm Out! I gave my first experience a pass since it was their opening night but my next and final 2 visits are it. I feel bad this owner probably invested his retirement or part of it because at this rate, I do not see how this store lasts. I watched 5 groups leave tonight before I left once at the counter. Out of the flavor my son wanted. His help is terrible and rude to customers. I watched a server undress a customer over a cup size. Cup sizes are a joke by the way. They force you outside to use their small cramped window. We did meet 2 other groups in Park Ridge and the best location. We were trying to support local. The tenor of the folks online was not good at all.

I had the best experience here! Nothing more refreshing than ice cream at a local shop during the summer. The ice cream was great but the staff was even better! Shout out to Rocco for being so helpful, personable, and kind!

For starters, my son absolutely loves this place and their ice cream. He goes very often and is always so excited to go back. My first time there, the staff was so friendly and patient while I looked at their options which they have a HUGE variety! If they don’t have what you’re specifically looking for, they’ll have the next 6 best things!. I would also like to add that my son uses his CashApp to purchase ice cream - there was a mishap with a transaction and before we found out it was CashApp’s glitch, my son and I went to talk to the owners about it! They were so sweet, helpful, and supportive. The owner’s wife was extremely patient with us and tried her hardest to help us figure out what went wrong. Their attitude towards customers gives the wholesome family vibe that we love, enjoy, and need more of in Norwood. Thank you for bringing Uncle Louie G’s to Norwood, along with your amazing family!

This was our first time here and we will definitely be back thanks to Rocco!! He was so polite, efficient, friendly, and helpful. Their chocolate ice cream is the best.
