Had a fantastic experience buying my first Rolex watch at Underwood's. Scott provided me with superb customer service, answering all of my questions while demonstrating an impressive technical and historical knowledge of the brand. Scott steered me in the right direction without ever being the least bit pushy. Could not recommend Scott and the rest of their team more highly! Thank you Underwood's for the gorgeous timepiece.

A very nice establishment. They were very attentive to our needs and helped us find the perfect jewelry. We were looking for a wedding band to match the engagement ring ( also bought here). There were lots of options in all different price points. We were able to find a very pretty wedding band and then additionally added on some really great cuff links as a grooms gift. I highly recommend Melissa. She was so nice to work with and always available to answer any questions we had, even outside the visit. Thanks Melissa and Underwoods.

I have bought three pieces of jewelry from Melissa during this past year, and she has been outstanding. Melissa Abler was extremely knowledgeable and patient, she took her time with me to make sure I understood the pros and cons of each piece. She took extra time to show me the entire inventory and was passionate about the jewelry, which was very refreshing as a customer. I will definitely be going back to Underwood's in the near future!

The level of service I have received before, during, and after the sale has been exceptional. Melissa took the time to educate me on all the different options I had.  Her knowledge, insight, and most of all her patience provided a winning combination for me. This is why I will continue to go back.

Melissa is the best!!  She helped me get the perfect engagement ring :). I couldn’t ask for anything better. She is super nice and knows her diamonds.  We will be getting all our future jewelry only from Underwood’s and Melissa.
