I've been to this Uni K Wax before and I've loved it. However when I made the appointment today, someone answered the phone who spoke NO English. After a long pause by the lady on the phone when she realized that I could not speak spanish, I just hung up. It wasn't worth it. I typically book online, but for some reason, it wouldn't allow me to book the package I wanted...However, I tried booking other ones and I was able too. I understand I am in West Kendall, but not everyone that lives here speaks Spanish. Seriously, at least put someone on the phone that knows the basics of English so I can make a simple appointment. So disappointed. I'll be taking my business to European Wax Center now.

The service provided was awful. I walked out full of wax and still had hair left in between my eyebrows. The staff is not friendly, they are rude. Overall, awful place to wax. I will never go there again.
