We have used UniFirst for over two years now and couldn't be more pleased with Joe, Jose, and Wayne! They have all gone above and beyond to make sure we have the supplies that we need! On numerous occasions, all three of them have gone out of their way to stop by our gym immediately if we ran out of something unexpectedly. Hector is THE BEST! Kind, prompt, courteous and conscientious service. Always addresses any problems or issues and resolves them quickly. Never have any problems with the office either. Great company!

We've had a great experience with UniFirst since we started our business relationship with them! They came highly recommended to us and have definitely proven that they are more than capable and willing to help us with any of our needs. Awful experience with this company. They never brought the correct amount of uniforms back to us every week and then would try to charge us for missing uniforms. When uniforms needed to be replaced they couldn't even get the right logo on our shirts, they put a completely different company's name on them. Then I tried to call about the billing situation for the outrageous charges for missing uniforms that were never missing and got horrible customer service and was told there was nothing they could do for me and we would just be sent to collections if we didn't pay the bill. This was even after being a loyal customer for 2 years. We returned all of our uniforms because they couldn't get the billing correct and kept the rugs we had in our office. They kept up every week with bringing new rugs and cleaning the old ones but then all of a sudden before our contract ended they just took our rugs and never came back AWFUL- DON'T use this company. Go somewhere else!

The Tire Choice the best company I've ever used for uniforms. My route manager Taylor Forston always goes the extra mile for me. Great customer service!
