Hey, this is Paul Boyd from MG Building Materials in Kerrville. I want to address the level of service we have been receiving from our Unifirst rep, Jose Garcia. This guy is the best thing since sliced bread. Jose handles our stops quickly, efficiently, and always with a smile. We are notified well in advance of scheduling changes. Threadbare garments are replaced without issue. We always have "I Need Attention" tags and current catalogs on hand. Special orders get his full attention. I've been in sales for years, seen all degrees of customer service, and would like to go on record as saying what I know to be true: As service goes, Jose Garcia is undoubtedly the cream of the crop. thanks...Paul Boyd

Ray Martinez is our route representative for Kendall County Road & Bridge His service is excellent. he's always on time and is pleasant & efficient. We have been with UniFirst for several years and have a contract for several more. Any issues that have we have have been resolved quickly. Great & friendly service. Would recommend them highly.

Chris Medrano is always cheerful and very helpful. He keeps us straightened out and is always willing to go the extra mile in case we need to make any changes. Most of our employees like to sign up for uniforms because they are on the road and it makes their life much easier plus they are able to get FR shirts and pants.

I can not say enough good things about the service we receive at the Kroc Center in Kerrville from Jose at UniFirst. He is the BEST! always making sure we have everything we need to make our jobs of serving others easier. Thank you Jose, cant wait to see you next Monday.

We are on a National Account with UniFirst through out corporate office. I can honestly say that even if we weren't, we would still use them! They have great customer service! The guy that comes to our location is kind, caring, and prompt. We love you Ray!!
