Great Service! All the way from the moment you walk in the door, the friendliest greeting that seriously makes you smile and automatically in a good mood. And all the Tellers seem to provide great service, this one guy will look very closely at signatures to make sure it matches up. That is Awesome right? Wish every teller did that..

The worst experienced  I ever had to this branch specially with MARIAN, branch Mgr and Natalie Nishio, branch officer . I had account with Union Bank for over 12 years and I never had any problem with the branch in Garden Grove, where I live.
She said if I want to cash my pay check then I should have go to the bank that issue my pay check ??? Really ??? So why should I keep my checking and saving with them ???How could they have a Branch Manager like that ???
