Honestly the worst customer service. Had to order a new debit card because the chip stopped working but never received it. Ordered another one and never received it. One banker told me that my direct deposit got put into an account that was already closed. Another banker told me the account is empty and they don’t know where my money is. Union as a whole is trash. smh

Poor Parking, hard line on transactions, $10 to cash a check? Long line, long wait. No flexibility. I have really good luck with Chase and Wells Fargo.

Bank manager claims my companies corporate account change their signature that was the reason why she did not cash my check after waiting patiently for an hour and a half she also claims that she had no previous record of any older checks in the system she comes out to talk to me then leaves my check on the table where she was sitting at for anyone to come in and sit and look or take the check not handing it back to me but she leaves it on the table I'm sitting across from her bad business thumbs down or was it because I am a black man with corn rolls in my hair ( black lives does matter ) 8 stars taken away THE BOTTOM OF THE CHECK SAID UNION BANK THERE OWN CHECKS

Ken Fujimoto the manager and the want to be manager Maribel have screwed up for last time. she has over drafted my bank account in past and blames on the computer. a wire transfer of funds to my mother in law was sent and now is lost due inputer on this end didn't use a swiftcode they say its not on your printout but it is in the system. they say 5 days was sent Thursday oct 23rd 2014 available in japan oct 31st. called yesterday was told get tracking number then my son who did transfer went they said oh come back tomorrow its 5th day we can give you. even by japan time today is 6th day. bankers cant count. hmmmm. maybe 24 years banking they don't need me. P.S. hello to my Stalker Brother Mike in Australia
