I have an account with Union Bank for years and anytime I went in to this bank, there was always this one elderly lady who has the worst attitude and made me feel like I wasn't supposed to be there. It truly just seems like she hates her job. Eventually I refused to go here anymore and went to the Union Bank on the other side of town where service was always spectacular.

Went to bank on Saturday and said they were open from 8:30 till 12. And I couldn't get in
There was workers inside and lights on but the door was locked
