The worst customer service I've ever had at a bank! They made a mistake that caused some problem. Instead of apologizing and resolving the problem quickly, they were very rude to me as if not only it was my fault but as if I was some kind of criminal, and eventually closed my account without even notifying me. I guess they don't need any more customers.
