I've been a customer of Union Bank for 16 years, never had a problem, until moved to Stockton. The Tellers are pleasant. But there is never enough Tellers. The other staff never steps up, most times I have a 20 minute wait or longer. With one or two tellers, they shouldn't be expected to help their customer with account problems. There's plenty of other staff that should be helping with those type of issues. Because I've been there several times, waited 20+ minutes, and the teller is helping an customer with their account issues.

Needed to withdrawal some cash real quick from this branch. I was driving a truck with a trailer and apparently a small portion of the trailer bumper was slightly over one of their many (empty) handicap parking spots. I didn't even notice since the lot was pretty empty at 9am. The service manager Madeline Muschott refused to make a transaction for me because she said I was parked illegally. She made me go move my car before she would help me with my banking needs. Keep in mind, there was a car full of people who could have driven it to make room had the other two handicap parkings been taken up in the 2 minutes I was in the branch. She even locked the exterior doors so I couldn't get in till I moved the car. What a jerk this Madeline was. I guess she is also Stockton Parking Police in her spare time. So I moved my car and blocked the ENTIRE entrance rather than a tiny portion of one parking spot. Ridiculous. I then withdrew $9,900 cash which also pissed her off for some reason and she gave me tons of attitude. I kept asking for a branch manager but she kept saying she was the manager. When I asked for her card, it clearly stated service manager which is a very different title than branch manager in the banking world. The branch managers don't work the teller line, Madeline. I hope I never see you again.
