Foreign owned bank is crappy since foreign overtake. The city of Santa Barbara has stated they will not be able to use Union due to their charge to accept cash deposits. This is likely to make the bank even worse(if that's even possible). Heritage Oaks bank is my new bank. My New Year's resolution from LAST year was to disassociate myself from Union and it took me one year and a lot of trouble to move everything from Union. I made it. I'm free of these corrupt bastards.
