This brand has never done anything right.  The manager and staff don't have the basis customer service skills. Manager provided me keys without a box in the slot.  They lost my signature card, never been found.  Don't trust this bank.  These people don't know how to manage your money.  Take money to other nearby banks where you can trust and feel welcomed.

Went in to cash a "Settlement Check" from my attorney. Only one teller was there and I was 4th in line.  After about 15 or 20 minutes, about 3 employees from the bank walked in with coffee.  At this time I was 2nd in line.  Another 5 mins went by before I was called to the window at which point I was given the run around in regards to my TWO (2) pieces of ID, which was exactly what they asked for and then they charged me $10 to cash the check...  Next time, I'll just deposit the check into my account.

Every time I come to this bank the lines are long and usually one or two tellers.  It's really not where I want to come anymore!
