I like this bank doesn't charge me monthly fees but I do wish they had the ability to be more updated and kept up with the current banks, I feel old school with this bank and thinking of switching. But other then that they've taken great care of me. No regrets.

I LOVE this bank...... It is unfortunate that there was on bad run in with Katrina, she is our favorite employee. and I can't remember the other young lady's name but she is always soooo helpful when I come in for business banking as wwell as my personal banking. I enjoy this branch. I have been with them over 4 years and have only had 2 problems and the "problem" is no longer there so I am again a asatisfied customer. I love the fact that when I walk in I can actually see and talk to the employees ..... no one hiding behind some crazy glass and acting like they can't hear you. this branch has treated my entire family GREAT!!!

Katrina Duemar of the Union Bank on Lancaster Blvd. told my wife they would issue her "25 FREE starter  checks."  Then she noticed a $7.60 charge on her account online.  So she went in and spoke to Bryant Plascentia about the issue. He saw a supervisor, then told her that someone elsewhere would need to make a decision and they'd call her.  A week later, she hadn't received a call or a refund, so she went in to close the account.  The teller told her he could reverse the charge, but she insisted she wanted to close the account.  I showed him the Starter Checks, and asked if they weren't "FREE Starter Checks"; he admitted that they were, but said it's different when you open your account online.  So they closed her account, but are giving her the run-around about giving her a refund.
