Washrooms are gross, food took a long time and was a combination of some hot and some cool (maybe warm).  Owner might want to consider taking a more active role in his / her store because the teenagers are not doing them justice.

While we waited for our late and missing food two of the four workers were behind the counter on their cell phones.

Although there was about a 15 minute wait to get the food, it was ever so tasty.  The fries were so fresh they blew my mind with taste.  The atmosphere in the restaurant is good, fun.  The graffiti art is fantastic.

We stopped for lunch and our bill for two burgers, two large fries and two coffees was under 12 dollars. Fantastic home cut fries! Overall great place to eat. This will be our new stopping place on our way to visit kids in Tavistock.

Young man at the counter was the only one who could do anything right, solid customer service good job kid! As for the cook, your fries were cold greasy and complimented with deep fryer basket leave ins. The onion rings  were burned to a crisp, how do you not notice this ??  . The owner of this franchises needs to spend more time in store and watch what's happening or just give up and sell it because you are ruining the name of a great establishment

Unfortunately, to be quite honest, this place doesn't even deserve one star. From the service- to the price- to the quality. Zero, zero, zero. I waited 30 minutes for 2 combos, burger and fries, because the server gave mine to someone else. Then proceeded to give me the fries while I had to wait another 10 minutes for the burger. The fries tasted stale and bland. I asked for fresh ones--no difference. When I finally got my burger...well, imagine taking a bite off of your leather boots. Hard, dry and tasteless. Do yourself a favour and skip this place and head to McDonald's where the quality is gold compared to this burger joint.
