The UCHS consists of members that either have ancestors buried in Union Cemetery or those interested in the history of Union Cemetery, Kansas City and the Midwest.
The mission of the UCHS is to develop and protect the records of Union Cemetery and to help the Kansas City, Missouri Parks and Recreation Dept preserve and protect Union Cemetery for future generations.
