Lady that answered the phone was extremely rude from the beginning and would not even let me get out what I was trying to ask
The person that answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. Would not help me understand anything I needed to know, she said it was not her problem she wasn’t helping me, I needed to figure it out on my own, I asked for other courts number once again told me it wasn’t her problem. I just said wow you’re rude and hung up.
Good luck getting ahold of these people. Been trying to pay a ticket for months. Even sent in a money order to take care or it. They rarely pick up the phone and have yet to release the hold on my drivers license. Unfortunately I live out of state and can't just drive there.
They never answer the phone and when she does she is so rude, and can never find a case to save her life. HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES!
Nearly impossible to contact them, I have been trying to for the past week calling multiple times a day and they haven’t picked up once. Pay your ticket by mail or in person.
Took my son, who has some mental and emotional disabilities to court. Everyone was was helpful and understanding
Clerk is consistently rude and unwilling to assist with any questions.
