This company is extremely difficult to deal with.  The Union Pacific website does not contain any useful information or any contact information.  The automated phone system is very frustrating to use and not useful in any way.  The Phone Operators I spoke to, while attempting to be helpful, knew nothing about their company or any of the departments within.  After leaving a voice mail with a Customer Service "Team Leader", I was not called back.  It's easier to deal with the IRS than it is to deal with Union Pacific.
