It's a nice place. They are open 7 days a week. They have street parking out front and a parking lot in the back. There is no sales tax. It is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a restroom and a fitting room inside. They also have a lot of new items all the time.

had a very unpleasant experience here with and associate named Vivian. I'm not sure if I was given the right name but she is on the thicker side and about 20 years old Hispanic with glasses . 10 minutes before closing as I'm looking at some things because I've never been in the store before. Young employee rudely tells me twice to head to the front of the store. She said sir go the other way toward the register when I was looking When I was just told by security I told her to calm down their store closes in 10 minutes. I did not raise my voice but she continued to argue back-and-forth with me. I told her I'll be sure to give her a good review sarcastically. She says "go ahead " rudely and I asked her what's your name she says I'm not gonna Tell you go ahead tell my supervisor there right there. She follows me up to the register continue to argue with me and smiling like if it was a joke and she had nothing to worry about with her supervisors. I had never been so pissed in my life By an employee. she said I wish they had audio tapes because I didn't do anything to you when we get to the supervisor and I told her why would I lie about you being disrespectful to me and arguing with me back and forth. She tried using reverse psychology with me In front of the supervisor after arguing with me saying go and tell the supervisor. It was so childish she was not apologetic or fearful of an supervisor or reputation and I cannot believe the way she talked to me I told the supervisor that she should hire someone that's not going to fire at customers she's taking up space of someone that could be much sweeter and that really needs a job. It's Union rescue Mission I don't know why she's working or a company that contributes to a good cause. The supervisor did give me 50% off and handled it professionally but the employee did not seem fearful at all or apologetic

I absolutely love URM! Great sales on everything, especially on their 50% off Saturdays. I always find something unique and get great compliments on all my finds! Highly recommended

A lot of New unused shirts from different events or celebrations. Lots of CDs of music and many children's books. Many learning books.

Not too crazy about the pricing and the staff was none too friendly but there is an impressive layout, and given their charitable qualities it's a store worth supporting.
