Beautiful public space for walking, jogging, and letting the kids run wild. I happened to be there for the first snow storm of the season and it's a wonderland in the snow. I particularly enjoyed the cougar sculpture near the playground. So grab the dog and his leash. He'll love the walk and the smells of ducks, geese, and squirrels. You'll love the fresh air and relative quiet found right in the middle of the city.
Nice place. Its small nothing huge but pretty. We took a walk on November 3rd with our dogs. Make sure your dog is on a leash. there is thin ice on the lake, and ducks and squirrels that they love to chaise. Even if your dog is well behaved be careful but the view was nice and they liked the walk. You can sit and read a book is a good place if you live near by.
Great little park nestled between commercial and residential property. It completes a full loop, you just have to walk through some apartments and a couple businesses. Great for the kids, dog and lots of fun. It's no secret though, it can get populated at times.
Very beautiful. We are here visiting our son & daughter in law. We went for a walk while they finished up working. Does anyone know how long the path is around both lakes?
Nice park, easy to walk, clean, safe and there's usually a few dogs to see. Also there are a few ponds and you can usually see ducks swimming around. We went when the was ice and snow on the ground. It was still absolutely beautiful. And some ducks were still swimming and underwater diving in to catch fish!
Terrific easy walking trails. Well maintained. Fun play area for the kiddos
Lovely park. It's a nice trail to walk, a little bridge. Clean from human litter. It's a typical park
Nosy people however id be too if I paid the money they do to have views like these
Nice in town park, well maintained.
I come here often with my 2yr old daughter, it's always been a nice little park close to home. However, yesterday was not a great experience, it wasn't even as hot as it has been in recent weeks... When my daughter fell trying to get into the slide, the metal playground playform was so hot that it burned her whole forearm and palm of her hand leaving a perfect mark of the platform pattern and a couple burn blisters. I realize caution is to be exercised at all times on the playground, but there should be a sign cautioning of how hot this metal can get.
