A beautiful train station for sure. If you're taking the commuter rail though, there's no ticket agent here, which I thought was a little strange for a big station. You will have to buy your tickets on the train or online. The bathrooms here are some what clean, but in the afternoon they really aren't. Seems they only check them once a day. There's a coffee shop inside too but the coffee is not that good, but still least it's something if you need something.

Grand station. Clean and well maintained. Have taken a train from there a few times. However, once a train left before its schedule causing me to miss it.

Very clean for such a large public building. I wish they would make people waiting to board incoming trains back to Boston AWAY from the platform until passengers have unloaded. It's annoying trying to get off the train and navigate your way through herds of people waiting. The bathrooms are always clean and the outside areas are free of ice/snow.

The building is beautiful, my cousin and uncle did Every piece of wood restoration in the entire building. Bathrooms are clean and stocked. That is just gorgeous compared to other Union stations across the country
