The guy showed up, we shook hands and introduced ourselves. Then he asked me if my husband was also home. I told him no, because he was at work. He told me that we would have to reschedule because both homeowners need to be present (because it's a company policy). Then he left. When setting up the appointment, nobody ever told me that we both needed to be there. My husband and I work opposite schedules and can't both be there at the same time. What a ridiculous policy.

We just had our roof done. Every person I met from Unique: the salesmen, the manager and even the Installation crew were top notch, friendly and informative people. Every level of interaction had knowledgeable people who answered my questions and concerns fully. The workmanship is outstanding! The Installation crew(Mike, Jacob and Leand) were a joy to work with. Go get it types, with some of the best attitudes I have ever experienced. After one minor issue with product color, the manager, Jeff Guy, called me, and corrected the concern the very next day. Could not be happier with the look of our new roof: You get what you pay for, and Unique is definitely worth it!

Every time I've worked with Unique, they have been professional and 100% dedicated to completing the job to my satisfaction. They want to build a lasting legacy of quality service and product, and all of their staff members are committed to enacting that vision.

Unique Home Solutions has been in business in Indiana for 34+ years and has earned a reputation for having superior products. They are NOT a discount provider - but if you are looking for a premium product at a competitive price, then look no further than Unique. Their lifetime warranty program is unmatched in the industry. Guild gives Unique a score of 4.7/5 with over 2000 reviews! Why the discrepancy? Guild actually interviews CUSTOMERS - rather than people who had unrealistic expectations or people looking for a discount provider like Lowe's. At the end of the day, this is a great employee owned company.

Invited me in for an interview. Seened hopeful. Then they dropped me off the map, never answered my calls again. The recruiter wouldn't even answer my calls anymore. Not professional whatsoever.
