We used Unishippers for a few months in 2023. Allured with the promise of freight savings and outstanding customer service it seemed to be a no brainer. There was no attempt to understand our business and after a number of freight claims, storage charges never notified about, and a reweigh they refuse to correct, we made the move away and have not had an issue since. I am also a little suspect of the number of five star reviews that all seem to come around the same time frame... Seems shady.
I'm a consultant to small to mid-sized businesses. Over the past several years, I've recommended Unishippers specifically, this office to numerous businesses to see if they could help lower their shipping rates and create more shipping efficiency. They've made me look good in 100% of the cases and my value as a consultant has increased because of them. Thank you all for 10+ years of simply being you!
Tried to ship some fireworks. No problem. scheduled 6/18. no pickup. followed up 6/19. no problem, on the schedule. did not come. night time followup call, they will work on it. 6/20, no pickup. I followed up again only to find they they finally figured out the that carrier does not handle hazmat or fireworks. 2 days time wasted. Service reps should know what carriers handle what and give accurate information. Don't say we can do it if you can't do it.
If we had a Favorite New Vendor Of The Year award, these guys would be my choice. They do price quotes within an hour, they save us money every time, and the service has been flawless.
Andrew the scheduler was very courteous in both email and on the phone. He clearly explained everything I had questions about and communicated clearly on 'next steps' in my delivery process. My delivery was handled on time and without issues. Thanks!
This company will not leave you alone if you say you are not interested. They call about 2-3 times a month and won't accept any do-not-call requests.
Switched to UNISHIPPERS and couldn't be happier! Fast, reliable, no breakage, easy to navigate, all at significant savings compared to the competition. Wish we would have known about them years ago. We highly recommend UNISHIPPERS!
