Normally, I don't rate airports. I hardly ever have any issues or complaints. 

Today, I had an issue with agency that didn't pay the airlines in time for my ticket. The Colorado Springs Airport United Airline staff at the check out counter did above and beyond the call of duty trying to help out. 

Though, unfortunately the issue didn't get resolved in time, I was so grateful to these ladies who did their best to help me out and calmed my anxiety, while helping other customers with ease. 

Thank you ladies! You made my day better.

The steat spacing SUCKS. I have long legs and there is not enough room. You now have to pay for everything, so much for trying to build brand loyalty.

I walked away from my first experience at the United counter at the Colorado Springs airport feeling nothing but disrespected. When I checked in at the kiosk, I clicked the "Personal Travel (military ID)" option to check my bag without a fee. When I went to check in the older gentleman at the counter asked for my military ID. I showed him my military spouse ID and he proceeded to rudely tell me "Ma'am you do not get a free bag unless you have an Active Duty ID card. Are you Active Duty?" I tell the man I am not but I am a veteran and a spouse of Active Duty. He proceeds "If you are just a spouse you do not get a free bag" as he pushes the cancel button on my kiosk to process payment and walks away. I'm not saying I deserve a free bag - I would have just appreciated a bit more respect as a war veteran and spouse of a 5x war veteran whose family has done their time for a silly $25 baggage fee! I will be sure to share my story around Colorado Springs.

Horrible. Will NEVER fly with United again. Especially from COS. The manager Rochelle is the rudest "customer service" rep we have ever dealt with in 30 years!! She was so rude it was unbelievable and disgusting! I thought this company respected veterans!?

This is the last time my family and I will ever fly with United. You will wait hours and hours just to get incorrect answers and receive very unprofessional service when anything goes wrong with your flight. The supervisor, Rochelle, at this airport is so rude and unhelpful! Nothing will be done for your wasted time and money when United causes you problems. It really shows you how they "care" about their customers.
