Worst theater I think I've been to. Pro's: --Seats recline! That was neat and comfy but only in the reclined position (see below). Con's: --When seats are upright, they force your head forward in an uncomfortable position almost requiring you to be reclined. --Sound was so loud I'm surprised my ears didn't bleed. With my ears plugged, I was able to hear the movie at a normal level. --Place is gross, do they bother cleaning up after every movie? Spilled drink/food everywhere, old stains, etc. --Drinks/food overpriced (although this is a common scene in every theater). Food tasted gross, drink tasted normal. Took about 10 minutes after paying for them to get me the food (ultra slow service). Lastly, not a thing against the theater itself, but the route to get to the theater and parking is a cluster. Layout for that area is horrible. Avoid this theater. There are far better options available everywhere else.

The renovated seating is awesome. You cannot upright or recline. However, the best part is, is that there is enough space in between the seating, so that getting kicked isn't a problem any more.

Wondering if they ever removed or covered the stainless steel panel on the men's restroom wall that reflected as a mirror to the lobby. The last time I was there I told the manager that you can stand out in the lobby and see people at the urinals, but he wasn't too concerned that everyone including children could be exposed to male private parts and watch people using the restroom, due to the lack of privacy. If it were the female side, I bet it would be a different concern.....LAW SUIT!!! Imagine how I felt in there and looked at the wall and saw people looking at me. Haven't gone back since.

The lower level women's restrooms are the absolute worst movie theater restrooms I've ever seen. I will never go back to this theater after finding all toilet seats loose and broken and I nearly fell to the floor. The 2nd stall had no door. After spending top dollar seeing a movie here, this is what customers get? I'd rather stay home next time and skip seeing anything here! Jan 7, 2018

Beautiful location 👌👌bathroom are very sanitary ...very comfortable chairs 👌but Custumer service it would be a 3
