An average movie theater in queens. Place is clean, floors aren't sticky with soda. Bathroom on the first and second floor. The place is wheelchair accessible with an average sized elevator. This place is good, but there's need for improvements. At 11:55 am on 8/23/17 I showed up and had to wait seven minutes for someone to show up in the booth to sell me a ticket. I had to call the staff for them to get someone to allow me to purchase my ticket. They have a rewards program with the Regal card. Large concession stand, but price are high. I advise you to eat and drink prior to coming here. And don't even think of sneaking a candy bar or soda bottle in, they check bags and knapsacks. They carry the latest movies that are hot. Projection screen is sharp and I love the surround sound system. They have movies for adults as well as kids. I tend to stay away from weekends and prefer the matinees. Prices are cheaper, no long lines, and better seating. They also have a senior discount program...

Multiplex that has seen better days. Came for the 1pm showing. The floor was a mess, manager was sweeping. Floor in the theatre was sticky with the prior night's mess still visible. My wife spent 5 minutes cleaning the bathroom so that she could access the counter. Would consider another theatre if available.

Family-oriented. Clean environment. Staff is friendly and diligently do their very best to keep the movie theater auditoriums, the lobby and public restrooms fresh and clean for patrons. This theater is one of my favorites. I always have a good time here, and I use my Crown Club Card whenever possible to earn as many points as I can. Food is alright and obviously pricey. There're always interesting movies 🎬for patrons to enjoy it their families. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Love this place. The employees are so friendly, and is always clean. The down point is that the concession is pricey, I guess like all theaters.

Always a nice experience . The theatre is always well cleaned, the employees have been trained in customer service and there is always a manager present either greeting you or walking around to make everything is ok.
