Absolutely shameful customer service at this branch office. Upon entering I was told by a teller that someone would be with me shortly so I could open an account. I waited 40 minutes and a lady came in and sat across from me - a man voice from an adjacent office asked her if she needed assistance and she said "No, I'm waiting for my husband." I sat there another couple of minutes before leaving and heading over to Sun Trust Bank at the Kroger Supermarket. Sun Trust treated me well, and I was able to open an account quickly. If I could give zero stars, I would. Even the tv in the waiting area looks like it's 25 years old, and it was tuned to msnbc,  so go figure.

Tellers always nice, plenty of parking, I prefer to go inside.

Very inconvenient business hours, only open when everyone else is working, drive thru only on Saturday, if the bank closes at 4 pm through the week and drive thru only on Saturday how do you expect people to do business with you?
