Hello, 

What online banking has an online transfer that doesn’t happen immediately. United Bank. Really? In 2018 I make a transfer at 9pm and an hour later it is still not transferred. I have a confirmation e mail that I made the transfer. This isn’t the first time that I have had to wait for an online transfer from savings to checking. 

Horrible online banking.

I WENT  INSIDE TO MAKE CHECK DEPOSIT FOR MY EMPLOYEE AND WAS TOLD THAT I CANT MAKE A DEPOSIT (TELLER MADE HER OWN LAW) , SO I ASKED FOR MANAGER AND I EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND MANGER SAID SURE YOU CAN DEPOSIT, BUT TELLER STARTED TO QUISTION MANAGER (HAHA) AND TRIED TO SAY NO HE CANT MAKE DEPOSIT TO SOMEONE ELSEA CCOUNT . AT THE END I WAS ABLE TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION AND TELLER REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY PROOF THAT I MADE THAT DEPOSIT , I ASKED THE MANAGER AGAIN THEN THEY GAVE ME DEPOSIT SLIP  BUT GUESS THREE WEEKS LATER I FOUND OUT UNITED BANK CASHD THE CHECK FROM MY BUSSINESS BOT NEVER DEPOSITED TO MY EMPLOYEES ACCOUNT PUT IT ON THE HOLD FOR SOME STUPID REASON FOR A MONTH . ALL I CAN SAY IS THESE PEOPLE ARE JOKE AND THE WORST BANK TO DEAL WITH , RUN AWAY FROM THEM ...

I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE NOT EVEN TO MY ENEMY , UNPROFESSIONAL TELLERS THAT MAKE THEIR OWN LAWS AND DONT FOLLOW ANY FEDERAL REGULATIONS .
