my personal experience with united counties insurance company was a completely negative experience  . they are very unprofessional  in regards to  following up on their policies . they lack common courtesy and the ability to return phone calls in a timely fashion . so if you dont mind getting the runaround  in addition to being overcharged  and under informed  then they are the company for you.
