I have never seen any business turn done so much business so many times. Told them once, that if they could get a specific motorcycle for me, I'd buy it from them.....They told me to drive to some other business in the state that already had the bike and haul it back in my truck.  Needed a rear tire put on the bike a year later, bought the tire, called them to have it put on....told me they wouldnt do it unless I bought the tire from them.  That together is over $8000 dollars worth of sales they lost simply from me in a 1 year period??????? But thank God I hear they are getting bought out.  Maybe now we will get someone in there who knows about quality service and Customer Lifetime Value.  I wont spend a dime till these guys are out!
