The rudest and most hateful unhelpful employees of any business I've encountered lately. I was treated so poorly at this location, and given NO satisfaction (only excuses) from their corporate office that I have deleted my UDF app and will no longer shop at any UDF. I will no longer do business with a company that employs the type of people that work at this Maineville store.

By far the worst service ever! The slowest people in the world. They are rude, they don't ask if they can help you they just look at you and don't say a word. Then they ID everyone even if they are 80 years old. When they make a mistake, which happens quite often, they do not go by the customer is always right rule, they go by the "customer is wrong and I'm perfect because I work at UDF rule". I've gone to this udf for 25 years now, and I've gone to hundreds of other stores and this one is by the worst. I understand being busy but that is not an excuse for terrible customer service every single day of the week. Doesn't matter who's working there it is pathetic.
