Visiting the area and staying nearby within walking distance of this UDF. Is it a Sheetz or Wawa? No, but it is still a serviceable convenience store/gas station. They serve UDF/Homemade brand ice cream as well as shakes, malts etc in addition to your regular convenience store stuff. Staff very friendly. They also have a whole aisle of ice cream in pints and the 1.5 quart size.
An absolute vile place to work. So much drama. So many lies made up about employees and minor laws for a long time were broken and no one from corporate cared.
I stop in frequently for grab and go items, and the store is always well-stocked and maintained. Today I had an exceptional experience. Kaila was very friendly and provided a super-fast checkout.
Cashier was very clearly sick and had their mask on so low that I could see their bottom lip. Pretty unacceptable to me, learn how to manage your employees. Used to come here very often but I suppose Kroger is just an extra min away.
Usually have good gas prices. I stopped there to get gas after midnight on 2/2. I finished and walked in the door to grab about $20-30 worth of of items. It was a little before 1am. There was someone else in there who had walked in about 1 minute before me. The cashier looked at me and said, “Sorry, we are closed.” She then looked at the other person, looked back at me and said, “She’s an employee. That’s why she’s here.” The other person was not working at that time and I doubt she was even an employee. If the door is still unlocked and other people are walking in, I would expect that they would take care of the customer that walked in then lock the door. Or lock the door, take care of the customer that’s in there. Either way, take care of the customer. I have never been impressed with their customer service here.
The employees are careless! & Sell kids that are12-14 yrs old energy drinks & the Alert Gum with Caffeine knowing they shouldn't. Only told them to not drink use both at the same time before school! Have never been more upset with an adult in my life! The only time that I have good experencies or service at this gas station is in the morning or evening between 5-7pm. But unfortunately thats also the busy times! So you have to wait 10-15mins in line. Prices on alot of the items are higher priced then most gas stations near by. Traffic is always horrible getting in and out bc of them being on the corner of two very busy streets. I only shop here if I absolutly have to!!
Employees at this UDF have been fantastic throughout my visits to pump gas and inside store purchases. I recently had a flat tire occur nearby during my commute and a staff member graciously helped me change it during his break I didn't ask but he stepped up anyways. Definitely has won my favor and will be going here from now on for any gas and odds n ends. Thank you!!
Where I usually get gas, beer, and snacks. Sometimes it is very busy and hard to get into a pump or find a parking spot. It can also be a bit of a challenge to get into and out of due its location on the corner. Usually a good selection of beer and convenience store has a wide selection. Staff is typically friendly.
Great price on gas. The staff was polite.
Late night attendants did not have brains. As i picked out some drinks and ice cream one girl was mopping all over and only had one sign out. Dragged her mop behind her nearly tripping me with the mop a few times because she was to busy texting and trapped me in with the bucket of water. Got to the front the girl there said is that it . i said yes and she Charged me then would not give me a receipt she said the printer was broken i told her i needed it. She said there was nothing she could do about it. I then told her she could take my info and she could email it to me. She told me to come back in the morning and talk to someone who knew what to do. I dont live in the area im not driving back. Told her to just take down my info. She goes to do so and feeds paper from the same printer she told me was broken. Lied straight to my face its not broken .
