I have had work done here and I did not feel the angst of most dentists. The level of service and amenities of this office are incomparable. I have Delta Dental as well and have never had to pay out of pocket for any of the work performed.The dentists and staff are professionals who provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I appreciate the contentment of knowing that the doctors who perform the procedures are all experienced and well trained.

I was impressed when i came into the office. The office was clean, orignized and well kept The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I came on time and they were able to assist me even though I didn't have much of my insurance information. Once they called my insurance company and were able to get all of my info they processed me right away. The Dr. that treated me was very well mannered and explained my treatment and options to me. I have been to other Dental office and I was never explained that my insurance was a discount plan(HMO) where I still had a co-payment. I never understood the insurance I had But, with this office my treatment and my payments were explained. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Now that I go to this office I feel comfortable and not hesitant to schedule an appointment if something is wrong. I love them!

Worst place I have ever been to. The People are rude and unprofessional. They try and lie about everything, like that I had 7 cavities. Good thing I got a second opinion from a real dentist. They try and up sell medication, three hundred dollar toothbrushes, and everything they can. I know the dentist is young and is probably in a lot of debt, but that is not the way to build client tale. I finally had it when I was talking to the hygienist and told me that they were rushed to get us out in 30 minutes... What!! we pay the full price we should get the full time; minimum of an hour to do the job right! I am not a dentist, but I have gone to the dentist plenty of times to know how long it takes. Don't do a half job!! bottom line if you want to be cheated then go here!

Slow (even with an appointment), rude, unhelpful and way too over-priced. They wanted to take the most expensive route on all of my procedures and insisted it was "the only option". Something's fishy about this place. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

The dentists are good but the accounting department bills for services that are not performed, fails to bill insurance properly, and then passes all the costs on to the patient.  They do not even adhear to the DeltaCare payment schedule agreements that they have entered into.  They give no options on the types of fillings/crowns/bridges used.  They just do the most expensive one, even though insurance will not cover it, and then expect the patient to pay.  They will not release the dental records, even thought it is required by California law, so it makes it difficult to actually track down what work has been done.  At this point I believe that I have been over billed by several thousand dollars.  There are better dental offices in Redlands; go somewhere else.
