I was a member for about 6 years or so, I finanaced two vehicles through them, every payment made on time through automatic withdrawl from my checking account. I had a home go back to the bank when I lost my job, but thankfully I had PMI on the loan, so it wasn't a foreclosure. When I wanted to get my next vehicle, they refused to lend to me. I went to a Ford dealership, and got 3.9% financing through Ford Credit, better than I had ever gotten through UFCU. Their loan products are terrible and over-priced, and their customer service is very sub-par. Don't waste your time.
