The Dothan District is a connection of ninety-nine United Methodist Churches in the six Southeastern counties of Alabama. As one of eight districts of The Alabama West Florida Conference, the Dothan District is known for robust and missional congregations.
The mission of The United Methodist Church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. The Dothan District embraces this mission by growing healthy churches.
